We took the incline railroad up Lookout Mountain. Cool way to see the views. Loved walking around top and taking pics.

We walked a lot, but overall our family enjoyed it. The views were absolutely beautiful and were able to learn a little history about the mountain along the way.

We did two tours in one day. The first was just the standard rock city guide yourself thru the gardens which are absolutely amazing. The second tour was the fairytale nights tour which our 4 year old absolutely loved and we did to. Both tours are very different I'd recommend doing the double play.

If you're the kind of family that likes to pay $23 per person just to stand on top of a mountain to look out at nature (which, by the way is free everywhere else in the world) then lookout mountain is for you. Also, I've seen better rock cities in my driveway. Sad example of commodifying nature to take advantage... More

Family of 4 adults in March, which was cold. Beautiful natural views. We loved it with the exception of me, who found the Eye of the Needle and Fat Man's squeeze quite tight, inducing panic and claustrophobia. Should have warning for us plus size people. Would only go back if there is another route for me. But, it was pretty... More

This is so great and beautiful. Beautiful garden with stone pathwaysgoing through mountainous terrain. Lookout over the city of Chattanooga with waterfall falling down side of the mountain. Very peaceful, plan about 2 hours to walk through all the trails.

We thought the views were amazing. The wine tasting was great and there is a Starbucks at the Rock City entrance. This is probably a one time visit but it was worth it. Kids are 10, 13, 16 and they all enjoyed it.
