A must see spectular attraction. Take the elevator down below to over 200 ft. A tour guide explains the beautiful formations as you walk down cavern. Get your camera ready for the gran finale...the fall.

By 10 minutes into the tour we were already regretting the tour. Very very tight paths with a large group walking single file. Which would have been ok but we were constantly being passed by returning groups. We were expecting more open caverns instead of...More

Simply put, we were blown away by this. It was a little stuffy at times, but the tour to the falls was fantastic. It is beautiful and worth every penny. There was expansion going on at the time of our trip, but it didn't cause...More

I had no idea what I was in for. I thought you just walked down into a cave and looked at a waterfall. The tour takes over an hour and you learn all about the formations and how they were discovered. You do a lot...More

Ruby Falls was incredible! It was so interesting to learn about how the falls were discovered. The walk to the falls was very cool but the falls themselves were amazing!!!! I would highly recommend seeing Ruby Falls!

Take an elevator 260 feet below solid rock. Follow an original route that has been enlarged for passage and has lights added but is otherwise unchanged. Enjoy the passage with an energetic tour guide who possesses a good sense of humor and detailed knowledge of...More

Tour guide was very entertaining. Trip to falls was a little long. Young children would loose interest. The actual falls were well worth the trip down

We really didn't know what to expect with an underground waterfall. It was spectacular! Watch your head.. as our guide indicated, there's a rock for everyone. The rock formations that you see along the way are almost unbelievable. Yet, there they are... steak and eggs,...More
