My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding. Since we came all the way from Des Moines, IA, we decided to make the trip a little more interesting. Although I have heard a lot about this extra-large drug store, it's truly not something you can understand until you visit. It's more than just a combination of a drug... More

A really fun place! So much to look at and so much to buy. It's like a giant souvenir shop divided into small theme shops with so many small things everywhere. Don't bring kids if they're little beggars, because they will want everything. There's a nice patio with a water playground. It was the best when we visited during a... More

To Wall Drug's credit, it makes the trip West through SD more bearable. This was mine and my wife's first trip their since either of us were kids on family vacations. Sights and tastes change and Wall is a fine place to get some food and stretch your legs. Drive by and you don't miss much.

If you ever go to the Black Hills of SD or Mt Rushmore, you have to stop at Wall Drug. Its a Midwest Icon for over 80 years.

Wall drug is always a good place to stop. It has expanded over the years to a block long and deep. Most things you can think of can be found here. It has many interesting departments and shops. We had been looking for good luck minis ( tiny animals) for our granddaughter and found a good selection here. They still... More

After 300 miles of signs we had to stop. Glad we did. We were on the way to the Black Hills and decided we needed to see this place. They have everything you can imagine. Too much to describe here, suffice it to say, it is worth the time.

So, as I was traveling through the area and noticed what seemed to be five hundred gimmicky signs along the roads pointing to Wall Drug I decided that I would stop. I figured it would be like all the regular kitsch shops along interstates in small towns that draw you in with fudge and candies and trinkets to waste your... More

We loved Wall Drug! We stayed in Wall 2 nights to visit the Badlands and we stopped in both evenings we were in town to get dinner and shop around. Since we went in the evening the crowds were not bad at all, there were times it almost seemed empty. Dinner was average but it was a fun environment. My... More

We stopped here while visiting the black hills and badlands area of South Dakota. After seeing bumper stickers and having no idea what it is, I get it now. It's just fun! It's a tourist trap but it actually has a really interesting history! Lots of shops and a cafe along with an outdoor mall type area. In the back... More
