The scenery is gorgeous in this state but there's very little to do besides enjoy nature. Wall Drug was super unique. The only reason I give it 4 stars is I feel it's overrated. There was a ton of hype and so maybe I set...More

It's just one of those places you have to stop and see! They've done a mini water feature between buildings that was fun for our grandson.

We got sucked in by the 100s of signs. Paid $9 for eggs toast and bacon. Value and food quality was about $4. Go for the free water and 5 cent coffee and donuts. Eat better food elsewhere.

I think I heard too much about Wall Drug and the need to stop at this amazing place. Maybe that's why it fell a bit short for me. I guess I expected more. I took a zillion pics of roadside signs in preparation for our...More

You don't have to spend a penny to make Wall Drug a worthwhile stop. The bathrooms are clean, the people-watching is plentiful, and the water is ice cold. The Backyard includes some climbing structures for little ones and a shooting water fountain to cool off...More

You can do it - no reason to stop. Just drive by and get to Rapid City 30 minutes sooner. You'd rather have one more beer there in the cute little downtown than walk around this place.

Not sure why this has the prominence that it has - just another shop in another town. Very busy town with many tourist shops . Unless you are passing nearby , not worth the detour.

Good horrible and very overpriced. Stores full of typical expensive items and tourist junk. More interesting looking at the license plates in the parking lots!!!

The place is like taking a step back into the past. It is exactly what all of the billboards say it is. It has tons of stuff from years past and some of them are priced very cheaply. A really neat place to walk around...More

Basically right across the interstate. (7.6 miles or 11 minutes) The drive through the Badlands returns via the Interstate. It is a great drive.

We went through 2 times about 8 days apart and never experienced that. No real problems besides the crowds but it was peek tourist season.
