Tacky, cheesy, choose your word. But this place is exactly what it tries to be, and that makes it a “5” in my books. Plan a 15 or 20 minute stop, get a mediocre 5 cent coffee if you like, and then move on -...More

I have been to Wall Drug over the years starting as far back as 1976. If you are in South Dakota, it is hard to miss. It now as big as a small mall. Parking is spacious behind a mall of shops. Although I generally...More

If your making your way to the midwest, this is a MUST SEE. Wall Drug is a very unique but what authentic mid-western store. It is however a very stereotypical place when it comes in terms of "cowboys and indians." But still a great place...More

Whatever you do, please check out Wall Drug and its rich history and the story of how it originated. It has many stores built into one main store and a nice restaurant to have lunch or dinner.

Traveling with sign reading child....Only good thing about it were the donuts, pretty tasty. If you hate crowds, and shopping, no need to stop (unless you really want a donut)

Had seen a zillion road side adverts for Wall that we had to go there. Went off route by not far and it was as we expected. Ice creams were fabulous, cheap coffee. It is a tourist trap, you can buy loads of trinkets and...More

Everyone needs to visit. Quite a attraction. However it is very very touristy and crowded. Food was ok.

The scenery is gorgeous in this state but there's very little to do besides enjoy nature. Wall Drug was super unique. The only reason I give it 4 stars is I feel it's overrated. There was a ton of hype and so maybe I set...More

This was a fun place if you like shopping. Coffee is 5 cents! We enjoyed walking around in the shops!

Basically right across the interstate. (7.6 miles or 11 minutes) The drive through the Badlands returns via the Interstate. It is a great drive.

We went through 2 times about 8 days apart and never experienced that. No real problems besides the crowds but it was peek tourist season.
