This is a very beautiful scenic drive. We stopped and looked at all the falls along the way. This was one of the best places we visited while on vacation!!

We drove through the canyon and it was gorgeous. The road goes along the bottom of the canyon and alongside streams and creeks. It was summertime, so everything was a lush green. A very nice, leisurely and gorgeous drive through this beautiful place

Apart from the waterfall the scenic drive through Spearfish Canyon will take you through some of the most beautiful scenery you will see. The towering cliffs along most of the way shows just how beautiful this part of the country is. I would certainly re...More

This a wonderful drive with beautiful views and waterfalls easily seen with just a short walk. Take a dirt road off it as well and see more of the gills and maybe the Roughlock Falls.

Perhaps we were under impressed because we didn't do a trail and stayed more or less in the car but found it "just beautiful"

A pleasant surprise we found as a side trip on our way from Mt. Rushmore to Yellowstone. Beautiful scenery with waterfalls close to the highway so you can see everything in a couple of hours if you don't have a lot of time. Some nice...More

We drove the canyon and stopped at all three waterfalls. They were gorgeous! The kids even got to get out and play in the water a bit. Lovely drive and fun stops. Small easy hikes, the waterfalls were well worth the short hikes!

I loved the falls and the views along canyon. Water was ice cold, but we still got wet! Only thing I didn't like was the sites along the way were either not marked or were poorly marked, and we missed several of the falls.

Absolutely! Because this is a popular area for tourists, the roads are wide enough to accommodate a large size RV, even on the curves.

No worries. The road is on the bottom of the canyon with beautiful walls on each side of the road. No scary drop-offs.
