Always such a beautiful experience. Amazing the construction that took place to make this place as it is. We fished at the Stilling Basins, not as pretty here as other areas but still a nice little get away.

You won't want to pass up the chance to see how this dam was built and the views on both sides! Incredible to see how the water is better controlled to prevent flooding and generates electricity.

I purposely rode a detour to see the dam and Oahe Chapel, but was not too excited when arriving. Nonetheless, I tour the country to see America, and this is part of it.
