Cute place to stop! Always stop to play their Ruby penny machine. We stop in on a Monday while a fundraiser cancer was going on so we play bingo too! Enjoyed bloody Mary’s too.

Reasonable prices and the bartenders are quick with their service. This place seems to stay busy til closing time on the weekends. A typical younger crowd.

A historic bar worth visiting. Nothing too exciting but neat with some historic artifacts displayed.

The Saloon is where Wild Bill Hickok was shot at a poker table holding Aces and 8's, ever since known as the Dead Man's Hand. There are memorabilia, such as the chair he was sitting in and his holster. There is a re-enactment in the...More

If you want a good time while in a Deadwood, go to the 10. They have two bars, gambling, and live music. The bartenders are awesome, and ambiance is a perfect mix of laid back fun and Wild West.

We were able to stop only for a very short time because we were on a bus tour, but we did enjoy seeing this historical place. It was an interesting museum/bar. Maybe, if we visit again, we may be able to see the re-creation of...More

Go early. We went at 4:00 and then stayed for the show where they act out the shooting and death of Bill Hicock, which is at 5:00. We came back later (10:00) and the place was packed with mostly under 35 year olds. Just stayed...More

There is not a reenactment of the murder of James Butler Hickok. They do tell the story of what happened. They do have gun fights in the street; however, you must be outside to view them. Please visit the website of the... More

We went during the day and, although we don't have kids, it was definitely family-friendly. Very cool place. They call themselves a museum with a bar inside. Plus, they have a really cool skit depicting Wild Bill's murder. I... More
