    Birthday at the Vineyard
We had an amazing time at the Vineyard celebrating my daughters birthday. The day was filled with music and wine tasting. We had the pleasure of having Rebecca in the tasting room, she was very knowledgeable about the wines and was a delight to visit with. We took time to check out the vineyard and visit the animals, a must see. My daughter and her fiancé had a connection back home in MN with the owners; Jesse and Andrea, the couple was so welcoming and gracious. It was fun to learn their story, what a wonderful couple. Thank you for a fun filled day!

Definitely worth a Visit (or two)
We visited on a Saturday. Tastings were scheduled on the hour. The live music started at 1pm. A food truck was available for your convenience. Very reasonably priced tasting-you get to pick 6 wines and the tasting price includes a complimentary glass. Wendy was our host for the tasting and she was very knowledgable and friendly. After the tasting we sat in the picnic area, drank some wine and enjoyed the music. (very spacious outdoor area with corn hole, swing, lots of tables and chairs) Wines can be purchased by the glass or bottle. They also have a very friendly cow who is in charge of ensuring the guests who walk through the vineyard have a great time, and there is an area when you first come in with ducks, chickens and rabbits. It is also pet friendly! How could our visit be anything other than a highly recommend!

What a beautiful spot to enjoy a glass of wine.
What a gorgeous spot to sit and enjoy a flight of wines. We opted for the flight of wines rather than the full tasting experience so we could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The three wines I tasted were all very enjoyable. The cheese plate was a tasty accompaniment. It was well worth the drive (which was also beautiful) to spend some time here. My friend tried the Bloody Mary, made with a jalapeño infused white wine and it was really delicious!

Wine tasting in the low country!
Loved this vineyard! Good wines, beautiful location! We brought a picnic lunch and ate on the patio while doing a tasting. Loved the sparkling wine options. Say hi to Ida Claire while there / the resident cow who is very tame! (Near the Angel Oak and Tea Plantation is you want to make a day of it!)

    A nice find!!
We like dry reds so went with a Lodi wine - they get juice from CA to make this one. Bought a bottle, enjoyed outdoor seating & views. We drank half the next evening - kept very well! Would return! A nice find! Pretty drive!!

Great Wine Tastimg Experience with Picnic
Cultur5 Travel selected this event on a tour of Charleston. Holy City Tour took us and we had a wonderful experience. We met other educators and enjoyed our experience. The wine was wonderful and I will be ordering to enjoy back in the Midwest.

Personally, I only liked a couple of their wines. They are closer to European style wines than the native muscadine/scuppernong wines that I like, but I enjoyed the tasting and met some nice ladies, which was great since I visited alone. My favorite thing was the Bloody Mary made with their specialty limited edition Jalapeno wine. I've never been a fan of Bloody Mary's before, but I bought the kit. My next favorite wine was made with a native California grape. The purchase area and parking lot can get crowded quickly, so I was glad I visited in the off season.

Absolutely love this place! We like a lot of California wines, and really enjoyed the wines here. Loved the fact that they gave you a paper to take notes on, and the tasting fee was extremely reasonable. Not a fan of California Chardonnays, and their Chardonnay was fantastic! They have seven wines you can choose from for wine tasting, with 14 wines total.

The grounds are beautiful, wish we had had more time to take a charcuterie platter and a glass of wine to sit outside. If you are in route to or from Charleston, anywhere south of Charleston, and enjoy wine, very highly recommend putting at least an hour aside to enjoy this place.

This was a nice addition to a day trip to Wadmalaw. Like everything else there, the scenery was absolutely beautiful. They had live music that was very good. You could sit and listen while enjoying a glass of wine or do a tasting. We chose the tasting, very reasonable at $10pp and you get a free wine glass. I'm not a huge fan of the wine they have but that doesn't mean someone else wouldn't think it was good. They bring the wines to your table and the server was friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the experience.

We make it a point to visit wineries on all of our travels. This was our first time visiting a SC winery and we were glad we did. Our server did an excellent job explaining the history of the venue and the properties of all the wines. I thought muscadine was very sweet but surprisingly these wines had a very pleasant and intriguing taste. It was fun to taste the CA and SC wines side by side and to taste the sparkling alternatives. We also enjoyed seeing the little brahma bull in such a lovely setting. A great way to spend a few hours time and would definitely recommend if you would like to try a new type of wine.

My mom & I were looking for something to do after visiting Angel Oak and are so glad we found this adorable vineyard! For just $10 each, we got to sample 7 wines and got a cute glass to take home. The property was beautiful & we got such cute pictures on the swing. Loved the gift shop too. Definitely recommend this!!

We had a relaxing time sipping our glasses of wine and nibbling our fruit and cheese on crackers on their shaded patio. The vineyard is very visitor and dog friendly. They have corn hole, a tree swing, and plenty of shady area for picnics or relaxing. We chatted with some others who were visiting there and then enjoyed the beauty of the live oaks dripping with Spanish moss. They have quite a few animals including ducks chickens a cow and some pigs. The walking area is ample and the vineyard tour is self guided. I’m not really sure why $105 is listed on the trip advisor site unless that’s a private company combining tours of multiple places. The only cost we incurred was for our wine and cheese plate. Such a delightful place.

An absolutely must visit for any wine lover. The grounds and vineyard are beautiful. A sweet cow named Ida Claire lives in the vineyard. The wine tasting is a must. The person who led the tasting was very kind and knowledgeable. She made great conversation and provided detail about each wine. The tasting includes 6 wines and a complimentary wine glass. The wines were delicious. They also have a mead flight you can order. We had bloody Mary’s after the tasting and spent time exploring the vineyard. It’s now one of my favorite vineyards I’ve visited.

Very nice winery, serving wine tasting of red, whites and meat wine. Dogs are allowed on the premise, which has spacious seating right next to the grape vines. A few geese, chicken, rabbits and a cow add to the outdoor feel.. wines are great and reasonably priced. Worth a stop!
