We had an absolutely wonderful time on the tube trip. It was just me and my husband but we ended up meeting a really nice group of 5 women who were enjoying "girls afternoon" on the river. The river wasn't moving much so it was super relaxing and peaceful! Just what I wanted for that day!

A group of friends (11) took the float down the river. We took the first time of the day on Labor Day. It was warm, but the water felt a bit cool when we started. The Adventure team was great, from check in to getting us out of the water. Our float took about 3 hours. Perfect activity for a group. We also rented the cooler floats, our coolers fit perfectly in the floats. We will be back.

My husband and I took our teen boys out for the first time before the oldest leaves for college this week. We didn't know what to expect beyond the website, which I felt explained quite a lot. They explained more when we got there and it was a fun entry and float down the river. We had a large cooler tube too, so that was a good place to put our shoes and valuables wrapped in ziplock bags. We definitely want to go back! The river was slow for what we are used to, so it was so calm and quiet (was actually faster than normal so took us 2.5 hours to go the distance). It was beautiful scenery and many residents waved to us from their property along the river. We want to go again and add our kids' friends and our friends - what a fun way to spend an afternoon!

Fun relaxing time tubing down the river. Took 2hrs, with an extra hour enjoying the extra amenities after we returned. We saw deer near the waters edge, turtles sunning themselves on tree logs near waters edge. There were a few snakes in the water near us for a moment, but they didn't look poisonous, and they were fun to look at. Only nuisance was some locals passing us in boats going full speed, causing waves and pushing us towards the riverbank each time they did (that's where we discovered the snakes) but there were many other boaters and jet skiers who showed courtesy and passed at slow speed. There's a food truck at the site that sells cupcakes, and hotdogs. THE CUPCAKES WERE DELICIOUS! Played corn hole, volley ball, and sat at the shaded area to enjoy the view. We will return, but with more people next time.
