We have a big green fence out front. We now offer Draught Pours and retail sales on Tuesday - Friday 4:30-7:00ish.

Due to production demand during our summer season, along with safety protocol, our full tour will run from Labor Day - Memorial Day. We will continue to run our virtual tour as well as random walking tours (after production) during our Draft Pour/retail hours.

We did the free tour and tasting at the new south brewery. You get to try 4 samples and tour the facility for free. The beers are quite good and they give you a good sized sample. The tour was pretty long and he said we were getting a shortened version so I can't imagine how long the normal tour... More

Had a good time even though it was hotter than heck in the brewery. We got 4 free samples of beer. I really liked all the beers I tried. Oktoberfest was probably my favorite. Yum. We ended up getting a couple growlers to go. Great place to go on a rainy day. The parking sucks!!! You will get towed if... More

Fun event but number of participants needs to be capped. Way too many people for the space. Maybe they should offer 2 tours a day. Brown ale and white were very good. Entertaining presentation.

Hello, Thanks for the review. We are glad that you had a good time with us. I understand about how hot and crowded it gets in during tourist season but it only really is that crowed for about a month and a half. Unfortunately, being a small brewery, we cannot afford to hire someone to give out more free beer... More

Fun local brewery. Said they started back in 1998. Good selection of beers - white ale, red ale, nut brown ale, IPA, an Oktoberfest.....even a stout. Unbelievable the number of people that turn out for the tour - get there on time or early.

We were too late for the tour, where you can get samples. Needless to say we purchased a few drafts to try their brews, purchased a 6-pack to go, plus 2 growler fills. Good IPA, as well as the Summer Seasonal IPA. Too bad they don't bottle/can that.

we went to this tour and enjoyed it very much. You get to sample many of the different beers and learn how beer is brewed. Very informative and amusing as well. I would definitely recommend this for anyone in the Myrtle Beach area looking for something to do. Although I didn't purchase any, the beer is quite good. Obviously not... More

We've been on loads of brewery tours. New South isn't the fanciest, but they did a great job explaining the process. Good stop to learn how beer is made and to support a local business!

Very informative and enlightening tour. Rob missed his profession in comedy. Funny guy with lots of stories. Beer was very good. I liked the lager the best. You can hang out after tour and throw back of few!

Rob was an excellent tour guide. I still wanna know if his mouth was open when he opened the tap! Nut Brown Ale rules.

So, I grew up in Myrtle Beach. I have been to all of the touristy places, but somehow never heard about this place. This is my last week in town before I move, so I'm doing everything I missed, and boy did I miss out! What a fun little brewery, the tour guide was knowledgeable and had a great personality....
