The promenade is a great place to watch the world go by. Many nice shops and restaurants. Lovely board walk to enjoy the ocean with plenty of areas to people watch and get out of the sun.

The boardwalk is a really fun way to walk along the ocean front and stop in a few shops too. Ther are some neat shops and eating places along the way whether you want a meal or an ice cream you will find something there.

... before the crowds descend. Highly recommend visiting off peak. Beaches are empty, traffic is light, parking is available and you can get a table in within 15 minutes almost everywhere.

The new boardwalk is so much better than years ago. One can walk see the ocean shop play arcade games or eat. It is a focal point for everyone of all ages and ethnic backgrounds

The Boardwalk is nice, but a bit too touristy for us. Plenty of souvenir shops, bars, restaurants etc. Would be great for kids with all the rides and games.
