Many restaurants and boutique shops mixed amid housing not too far from the beach. Less crowded and more upscale than the strip and Broadway on the Beach.

We visit Myrtle Beach often and I always stop by Market Commons. The layout of the stores , restaurants, and movie theater with condos above them is so nice. There is a park on site with a pond and it's all well maintained. You will...More

Really enjoyed the Market Common. It was a nice diversion to the usual Wal-Mart crowd everywhere else in Myrtle Beach. High end shopping but the restaurants were good and had a nice variety.

This was by far the best place to go. Very tastefully done with great shopping and dining. We ate there two nights of our stay. The only place I felt safe in Myrtle Beach.

There are not a huge amount of shops but the variety is good and the park like atmosphere is inviting. Parking was not an issue and was very accessible. We especially enjoyed our meal at Gordon Bierche.

Lots of high end stores and decent restaurants. Perfect place to wander around and shop, eat or just people watch. Perfect place on a sunny, cool day.

I really enjoyed The Market Common because it felt more of a locals place to eat, shop, and catch a movie. It wasn't crowded so we strolled the area and had a relaxing evening.

This is a beautiful place to go for a walk as well as shop and go out to eat. The development is very tasteful and it is a nice community!

Yes. There is a park and a nice play area in the shopping area. Great Cold Stone Ice cream also.

The actual New South Brewery is not located here on The Market Common Property, but you can find their beer at some of our wonderful restaurants. (Tupelo Honey Cafe, Divine Prime, & Nacho Hippo, just to name a few)
