Interesting small aquarium

This is a nice small aquarium with quite a lot of interesting exhibits fitting into it. My daughter's favorite was the moving platform through the shark exhibit.

My family and I were visiting the attractions on the boardwalk and we didn't know where the aquarium was. We're randomly asked a passer Byer and it just so happened to be and employe that was off that day!! Without Mr Christian Martin walking with us to all the attractions and telling us his experiences we probably wouldn't have bought... More

It's a beautiful aquarium but it is more child friendly, which I completely understand. Myrtle is a very family oriented place to bring your family on vacation. The shark tunnel is awesome and I love the jellyfish exhibit. I definitely fell in love with the tiny hammerhead shark inside the sting ray tank. Staff are very friendly.

Ripley's aquarium is a great place to visit with your loved ones. You do not need to see it more than once. It can be pricey, so plan to spend your time slowly going through the aquarium and take time to watch and participate in the planned activities. Kids have an opportunity to touch sting rays, jelly fish, and one... More

While in Myrtle Beach for Labor day 2016 we decided to check out the aquarium. I enjoyed it but it was not at all what I expected I loved the fact that I felt like I was actually under water with these amazing sea creatures but we did not get a guided tour and it was smaller inside than I... More

Wonderful time at Ripley's Aquarium! Glass bottom boat tour was amazing and must for anyone planning a trip. The stingray petting was interrupted by a private feeding group who kept the stingrays away from the petting area for about an hour - wish they would have just closed it down for that time so people didn't get impatient waiting around... We had a Great Time. We enjoyed feeding the sting rays, petting the fish, and watching the diver swim amongst them. The moving walk through was definitely a thrill too. We are coming back to see the Mermaid Show. The souvenoir shop was affordable and had something for everyone. We enjoyed the visit.

Ripley's Aquarium is a great pace to spend an afternoon for ages 1-99! Yhe moving sidewalk makes it easy for those young or us recycled teenagers. The fish display is varied and amazing! The Aquarium Design is Unbelievable! The fish swim in front of you and OVER you! Giving you really great views. At Christmas Time the Aquarium is decorated... More

Dont be distracted by the long lines - they move pretty fast. However, I may have been expecting more from this aquarium compared to others I've been too. We did enjoy the mermaids who swim with the sting rays. Also, the jelly fish exhibit. Nonetheless, my younger son enjoyed it.
