Morning Walks and Memories

This is one of my favorite places on earth! I enjoy daily morning walks and the restaurants. I love the birds, water, and the salt marsh.

There are kayak and peddle boat rentals here, also a pirate ship for the aspiring young pirates. Plenty of food and drink locations along this (perhaps) 50feet of board walk.

The bars are good, but the view is what it's all about! There are chairs to relax in and if the weather is good the view is even better.

Ever visit a place that is just so peaceful it feels unreal? I really felt that at the Marshwalk. Who knew how beautiful a marsh could really be? A true gem for South Carolina.

The MarshWalk consists of a boardwalk along the inlet from which you can view the many dining choices in Murrells Inlet. A great place to take in the sights and sounds of the town. You can also observe all of the boating / fishing opportunities available. Don't miss it!

We really enjoy this developing gem. They keep expanding and growing this scenic spot. Nice marsh views with a nmber of restaurants and bars. We enjoy the long walk and views while watching the boats and kayaks venture in and out the docks.

Eating dinner at one of the many restaurants in Murrells Inlet and ending on the beautiful Marsh Walk (trying to lose a few calories I added to my waistline)... it couldn't get any better. People and nature watching and listening to live music...a great way to end the day! Will I be back tomorrow? DEFINITELY!!! ;-)

If you are sitting at home with nothing to do, going down to the marshwalk is a great choice. Sometimes you can see people fish or crab from the pier. You can even grab a drink, appetizer or a meal from one of the many restaurants situated on the marsh walk. Just a fun overall fun place.

A reasonable walking length of boardwalk fronting an eclectic collection of artists' booths, restaurants and bars overlooking the marshes and marina of Murrells Inlet
