We stopped at the Brookgreen Gardens! BEAUTIFUL!! The trees, the flowers, the sculptures, the wildlife, and the food were great! The admission fee would come backk for seven days! Too bad we were on our way home!

Hi there, Yes most of the gardens are wheelchair accessible and the boat ride is also. Brookgreen has three wheel adult "strollers" that may be easier to push through some of the garden pathways.

No, only service animals are allowed at Brookgreen.
Is the butterfly garden and boat your open year round?

The butterfly house opens April 1 and closes at the end of October (based on the weather.) The boat rides are seasonal from early March through November.
