Great little quick stop for history lovers. The house is a pretty cottage with inviting chairs on the front porch. Nice artifacts and quick history lesson inside. The trees and Spanish moss on the outside make the property!

Well kept grounds. Short video was very educational. Spend at least an hour here. The ranger talk was very informative. Nice to sit on the porch and look out on the scenery.

Nice National Historic Site. A look into the life of one of the men who was instrumental in the Constitution of the United States. Informational and a look into another time in our country

This was the highlight of our day of plantation tours. Better by far vs Magnolia Gardens Plantation where we paid about $70 for 2 seniors. Park Ranger played a video for us about Pinckney and his family and history relating to our Revolution and the...More

This historic site is well done, free of charge and a nice stop. A very influential man in SC but not well known. You can take a picnic and enjoy the grounds. Something other than the usual Charleston tourist stops to visit.

The Pinckney house and museum is small with a few exhibits but the video that plays in one of the rooms is well worth the visit. Charles Pinckney was a very influential and active politician who wrote several of the clauses in the Constitution. He...More
