We had amazing seats for a concert but I don't think you can have a bad one due to the size of the arena. Unfortunately, our concert was cut short due to an artist being a no show.

This is a very nice arena , We go there every year from myrtle beach and the place is always clean ,,,,we always have a great time

Wednesday in downtown, but Serena is easy to walk to finish surrounded by several bars and restaurants. Great location!

We visited here to watch a women's basketball game. The arena was very nice and clean. There is plenty of choices for food. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It totally depends on the event. You need to look at how the event is set up for seating.
