What a gorgeous structure! It is perfect to take some interesting photos. It looks so pretty from a distance but you have to drive through it to fully appreciate the architecture.

We rented bikes in Charleston and rode up to the middle of the bridge for a beautiful view. There were a lot of people up there running/walking.

Why are we reviewing a bridge? Anything is an improvement over the last bridge, where you took your life into your own hands by crossing. Now it’s spacious, modern and pedestrian friendly.

No, its a public path/footpath, open 24/7, and shared with cyclists.

The bicycle and pedestrian lane is 2.7 miles long, measuring from Patriots Point Road to East Bay Street. Measuring only the part that is on the bridge structure, the walkway is 2.4 miles long.
