It’s nice, clean beach with free parking facility. It has a long beach strip. Even in November weather is nice here. At least one should visit this place in life.

Narragansett Beach in Narragansett RI is an idyllic stretch of sand, about 2 miles long. Walk by the ocean water and rejuvenate your body and your soul.

We stopped at the beach this past Saturday to take a walk. It was still very windy and the surf was rough so we didn't go for a swim but enjoyed watching all the surfers. Since we visited after Maria, we noticed that there wasn't...More

Ample parking and right on Ocean Road, this is a conveniently located and lovely beach. I went on a blustery day after Labor Day, so paid no fees at all. It's right downtown so there's restaurants and shops nearby. Definitely not a secluded beach feel,...More

There are beaches farther south--near Point Judith--that may have less seaweed than the Narragansett Beach.

In the off-season there are tons of people walking dogs on the beach on leashes. In the summer, it's a whole other story with no dogs allowed.
