The staff was very friendly and ready to give answers to any questions. There were 2 floors to review and it was great. The quality of all the pieces was fantastic. We highly recommend a stop here if you are in the area.

We visited here after a recommendation from the gentleman working in the gallery at the Hawley Silk Mill. It was only $5 each which includes a guided tour. Truly fascinating, with the chance to learn a lot about the glassmaking process as well as seeing...More

Brother-in-law stopped to have something to do. I was disappointed at first until we got in the place. The tour is fantastic and the cut glass is the best glass you will ever see. It just a wonder how they cut and polished the different...More

As often happens in Tripadvisor reviews locations are listed under multiple names. See the reviews of the Dorflinger Glass Museum, which is located in the old factory buildings.

Just down the hill from the estate museum and on the site of the factory. A private collector has created an educational factory display and shows hundreds of items from their collection. The curator was very informative and gave us a full walk through with...More

You don't need to be a collector of cut leaded glass (we're not!) to appreciate the beauty and incredible skill needed to make the pieces included in this collection. The former cutting room has some of its historic equipment displayed to help understand the process....More

Saw it on a rainy day and turned in. The factory museum tour was led by the concierge who greeted us as we walked through the door and we spent an hour learning about the Dorflinger family, the glass factory and its employees, and looking...More

A beautiful museum well designed to tell the story of the main factory building and the glass. Enthusiastic, fun, informative guided tour. The factory office building was icing on the cake. Well worth a visit!
