It was a lovely park to walk around. There were metal sculptures around the walking path that were hand made by the locals and information signs. Cool to be on the stage and see the area where everything happens on Feb 2nd, however even thought...More

I've wanted to go here for Ground Hog Day since I was a small child. With my own children in middle and high school I knew time was running out so we went this year - it did not disappoint! Something I think everyone should...More

We were traveling through PA and decided to go to Gobblers Knob since we were so close. (We thought it would be cool to say we'd been there) It's not what we expected, not like the movie at all, but it was a good side...More

Ever since the film came out I have been wanting to visit gobblers knob. Nothing like the film, I guess I should have read about it before visiting. Still great to see where they do the groundhog festivities though. Took some great pictures. I will...More

I did not visit Gobbler's Knob on Groundhog's Day; I visited in August. We were passing through the area and made a quick side trip to see Phil the Groundhog's stage. Phil is usually not at Gobbler's Knob because they keep him in town behind...More

If you can get out of bed or maybe just not go to bed and be in the cold for a long time you will have a blast waiting for Punxsutawney Phil to show up. The entertainment to lead up to the main event is...More

It was a neat place to visit while passing through. Not sure it is worth a single trip unless you don’t have to travel far. Also, I don’t think I would want to go in the cold weather with the crowd on Groundhog’s day.

If you are going to travel to Punxsutawney- get the full groundhog experience- Gobblers Knob is the location of the famous Groundhog viewing and the Inner Circle. I was thrilled! Only Wished it was February 2nd!!

Snow pants would be brilliant. It's freezing and people start showing up between 3 and 4am. Better to wear something that you can take off if you're too hot, than to not have enough layers on and freeze your butt off!
