Wow what displays they put on at Christmas. Santas from around the world and gingerbread houses created from several schools and organizations.

We were visiting from out of town and went ice skating, what a wonderful experience. Our teens talked my husband and I into ice skating, which was a wonderful family experience. The staff at the rink are really friendly and helpful, especially when a novice...More

This building is the most eye catching building in the skyline. It showcases the Wintergarden this time of year with gingerbread house display/competition. The building itself is paneled in glass and looks gorgeous with the holiday lights reflected everywhere outside. It was raining when we...More

I worked in here years ago. Beautiful inside as it is on the outside. If you can, tour to the top and overlook the city. Home of Pittsburgh Plate & Glass

We took family from out of town to the Rink at PPG place. We had a beautiful day to skate! I’d suggest you arrive early especially on weekends as it gets crowded.

We went on a tour at night. It was very Gothic looking. I was told that if your view the Place as an ariel shot it looks like a crown.

This was an interesting place for a wedding. The space was inviting and had plenty of room. The security people were very helpful and accommodating. Only issue was the noise of the fan...it was finally turned off but not before the service was nearly over.

A literal pillar of modern Pittsburgh architecture, the PPG building is almost an icon of the city's skyline. Located in the heard of downtown, it's a fun place to wander around in.

One of the most beautiful buildings in Pittsburgh to photograph. Of, course is made of glass from the Pittsburgh Plate Glass company who house their main offices there.
