If you're in Pittsburgh, it is well worth to visit the University of Pittsburgh. It is shaped in the gothic style and looks like a cathedral inside. Moreover, if you go inside and look at the computerized guide of the university, you will see the...More

This is only the second time I've been to Pittsburgh. The first time was on a college tour in 2015. Both times we found Pittsburgh and the University to be very welcoming. Obviously, my daughter liked the school and the city well enough to choose...More

I was very impressed the the University when I went with my daughter for a campus tour and info session. It was pouring rain, but the tours and info sessions were well organized. Pitt ponchos were provided to help keep you dry.

Where is a good place to stay near campus but would give us a good idea about Pittsburgh as a whole? We are going for a campus visit with our family of 5 and I am wondering where we should stay (downtown, north shore, south works, bakery square)? Thank you.
