They had a good selection of conserved birds but the space was cramped... I truly was disappointed finding the kookaburra in a hutch around the eating area. :(.The bird simulator was nice though.

Visted with my husband and adult son, who very much enjoyed the visit. Not an extensive time absorber, as a few exhibits were closed down due to coldness, but what we did see was awesome! Enjoyed the 3:15 bat feeding and the 2:30 Lorikeet feeding....More

The Aviary is a great spot to spend a couple hours, especially to escape the cold weather. Be sure to check the feeding times and take advantage of seeing those in action!

Based on the website, I admit I expected this facility to be a big bigger. It's a fabulous cause, and I would go back if someone in my group wanted to check it out, but I'm not sure I would go back on my own....More
