We've been to a lot of science museums throughout the country & this one is one of the best. The miniature train exhibit is INCREDIBLE - tells the history of the area through its dioramas. Be prepared, however, for a lot of school groups!

This was a huge hit with my 8 year old granddaughter. We spent hours in the sportsworks building and never even made it into the science center building. Rock climbing wall, human yoyo, and harness jumping on trampoline were favorites. One admission price for both buildings.

We took out daughter to the Carnegie Science Center and she really enjoyed the time we spent there. I would recommend this to be on your list to stop.

Visited the Science Center with my 7 year old daughter. Large place with many different things to do. She had fun but a few things really didn't interest her (robot floor). She loved the submarine and the earthquake simulator. We went in the middle of the week and the place packed. It's a popular place for school field trips and... More

Science made fun while playing and learning while you do. This is a great approach for the youth and adults to absorb valuable information while enjoying it. This location is a must visit if you want your family, friends, etc. to be smarter done easy😀

If you've not brought your children to the Carnegie Science Center, I would highly recommend it. We were members here for years, and I would dutifully take my daughter on off days, summer camps and field trips. She always enjoyed her visits here. The sportsworks attraction is relatively new, and the best part is that it is really hands on.... More

Great experience for both children and adults. Everyone interacted with all the exhibits. The way the human body works was exceptionally well done for most kids to understand. The best part is that every thing had a learning experience.
