Not as nice of a view as the other incline, but if you take it from Shiloh's street it takes you to the area with all the restaurants and shops!

We were just driving around with some time to kill and put Mt. Washington into the GPS and ended up in some neighborhood. Put in 1220 Grandview Ave. and it will get you close if you are driving. Definitely go see this. Metered parking spots available. Truly breathing!

Did a quick drive up to grab some good pictures! They have several overlooks and some of them are absolutely spectacular. Lots of small shops and eateries and some quirky houses! I highly recommend Shiloh Grill and taking pictures at the overlook across the street.

If you visit Pittsburgh and have never been to Mount Washington, this is a must-do. It is a community of itself, and it also offers beautiful, picturesque views of Pittsburgh and the rivers. Must do!

Awesome views of the city! There are some informative signs along the top where I learned a lot about the history of Pittsburgh. DO NOT FOLLOW YOUR GPS! Take one of the inclines to the top. The Duquesne incline's side had a lot more going on, so I'd definitely recommend that one.

We took the reticular and walked along the ridge to the other reticular. Nice paved sidewalk, short walk good for kids to run and expend some energy! Great overlooks and nice views. There are two or three restaurants on the ridge with great views and ok food, we ate at an Italian place that was white tablecloth nice, alittle old... More

Take the incline to the top and get some breathtaking views of Pittsburgh. Great place for photo ops. There are benches for relaxing and looking at the view as well as viewing areas.

This is a must see when you are in Pittsburgh. Great views of a very picturesque city. Take the incline up and plan to walk a bit for different views. There are several overlook spots.

I only viewed the city from the platforms of the inclines, and walked from the Duquesne incline to the Monongahela Incline. I don't know of anyplace else to view a city so freely, unless you are inside a tall building. This walk was lovely, and we met a woman who lived on the Mount and was out for her evening... More

There is an observatory deck by the Duquesne Incline where you can see stunning views of Pittsburgh and its rivers. The incline ride is $5 pp roundtrip, but the observation deck is free. We stopped by in the daytime, but hear the nighttime views are even more stunning. Definitely worth a stop for the photo op!
