Unparalleled views of the city!

A very popular spot for wedding photographs, there are several outcroppings on Grandview Avenue that provide picturesque backdrops day or night.

One of the greatest views in Pittsburgh. Took my family and we went up the side of the mountain and the view was awesome the entire ride. Definitely a must do/ see/ visit spot in Pittsburgh. It just never gets old.

i lived in Pittsburgh for 30 years, and every time we had guests from other towns, we made sure to take them to Mt. Washington. Visitors drive up there, and ride the incline to the top, and walk to the viewing platform. All downtown Pittsburgh is visible, as are several neighborhoods. Houses around here appear to have been "pushed" into... More

Great place to get a bite to eat, have a drink, and take in the beautiful skyline of the Steel City.

Well sure, you HAVE to go here if you come to Pittsburgh. I recommend going at night. Some people take those little rattle-trap trains down the side of the mountain, but my honey and I were content to just stay at the top and look at the fabulous view. And it really is amazing. You certainly would not want to... More

Great spot to take out of town visitors to Pittsburgh. Great view and photo-op, with a little museum inside showing history. Take the incline down for a unique view and a fun time! Highly recommend for a cheap, fun time!

If You Are In the Mt. Washington area of Pittsburgh this is a Must do. Climb the Incline in Style. By riding the Oldest Lift Cable system in Operations. This is how the workers once went to work in the hills and mines.

I lived on Mount Washington for a decade and walked Grandview Avenue several times a week. My mother, who grew up in a rural area south of Pittsburgh, loved taking the incline, down to the city and back up to the Mount. Few cities offer such panoramic views. Views change with the seasons, time of day, and weather.

My boyfriend took me up the incline when we were in town for the Steeler game. So much fun!! The view from the top is amazing!!! You can see all of downtown, pnc park, Heinz field, the rivers and bridges - absolutely gorgeous. The ride in the incline to the top is fun too!
