I am not particularly a fan of Pop Art, but this is an appealing museum that does an excellent job of introducing visitors to Warhol's life and work. It is playful and spacious. It was clear that everyone there was having a good time.

Enjoyed this museum tremendously-really interesting history of Andy Warhol and his work. We also enjoyed the special exhibit by on the 2nd floor. What surprised me most was the number of great items in the gift shop!

What a great way to experience Andy's art walking gown from the 7th floor reading about this life and visualising his contribution to the arts. A great way to spend a afternoon in the city

Great for the casual or intense fan of his work. Learned a lot about his life from birth until death. Highly recommend taking the time to view it all. Parking available right across the street.

The staff is very knowledge and helpful. The collection truly show the immense diversity of his skills and passions. I was completely blown away. I especially liked the sections of the museum that were interactive. The collection is set up chronological from family history and early works at the top and continues as you walk down. Do not miss the... More

Had an afternoon to kill while on business trip and I cannot say just how pleased I am that we spent our time here. This museum is fabulous. I don't think yo have to be a big fan of Andy Warhol to appreciate this museum - there are many iconic images to be sure, but also many little known works... More

Particularly unique museum dedicated to a single artist. To explore the building properly, start on the top floor and work your way down. Familiar work such as Campbell's soup cans and Brillo boxes. Highlight is the Silver Cloud Room where aluminum balloons are kept afloat by fans. A theatre is on the ground floor and screens films by and about... More

Whether you're a Warhol fan or just an art lover, this excellent and well curated Museum is definitely worth a couple of hours when you're in Pittsburgh. Definitely watch the 30 minute overview video before you begin your floor by floor your. And end with a visit to The Factory to try your hand at some Warhol inspired art.

Great way to learn more about a PA artist. Amazing to see Warhol's work up close. Not the best place for younger children. Many things to look at and read, not sure if kids under 12 would appreciate the art. Take your time and read the stories behind the works, really gives you insight into his work.
