Bowman's Hill Wildlife Preserve is a magical spot. It's spectacular in the spring, but amazing any season. It has free parking next to the plant store. You go into the little house and pay your admission to hike the well groomed trails. The house has...More

There actually are a few wild flowers in September. 2.5 miles of easy trails through trees, small meadows and forest. Gift shop has some great books and t-shirts. $6 ($4 seniors) to walk the preserve.

Kudos to the organization for doing all they are to conserve, preserve, propagate and spread awareness of wildflowers. We have loved every visit there - whether to go on one of their guided walks, to buy plants from the nursery or to shop from the...More

This is basically just a number of walking trails. There are a number of heavily wooded moderate walking trails, some steep. The trails are named after flowers, but there are almost no flowers along the way. There is a nursery with plants for sale. The...More

There is parking available on the site. If there isn't enough there is additional parking down the hill and they probably arrange for a shuttle. Enjoy! Beautiful spot for a wedding.
