We have been to the Wolf Sanctuary of PA in the daytime in the past but have never been able to go for the full moon tour due to our travel plans. However, the full moon tour in December was occurring when we were going to be in the area in December so we booked it. Its vastly different than... More

My son and I came here on Saturday and so did more than 800 other people! The staff was very efficient handling all of the cars, and thankfully the visitors were very patient waiting to pay. You arrive at the gates to the property and after you park you go into the main building to pay. Since there were so... More

Yesterday, 2/19 we made our third visit to the Wolf Sanctuary of PA. This place is a must do on anyone's travel itinerary and it was heartwarming to see that so many people thought the same way yesterday. The sanctuary is home to wolves and wolf hybrids. They live in packs in separate enclosures that are acres large. The sanctuary... More

Hard to find because of the road being closed. Suggest you leave early to find your way. They do close the gates as their website states. Portable toilets are the only restrooms. Steep hills to go up and down which can be a challenge for some. The wolves appear to be well cared for and live in untouched pens on... More

These wolves are well cared for by volunteers who know their stuff. A great cause, helping wildlife that cannot be released back in to the wild for various reasons. our favorite is Thor, the blind wolf. Well worth the trip and donation.

Went with my husband as a stop in part of our day in Lititz. What a great place! The wolves were amazing! To hear them all howl at once was something special. The volunteers who were on the tour are very knowledgeable and you could tell they had a genuine love for the animals.

A great group of volunteers who are clearly very committed to their cause. A large crowd showed up on a mild winter Sunday but they were able to put us into smaller groups and each group had the same experience. A small gift shop and information center with complimentary hot chocolate was a big hit with our girls.

Who knew there was a WOLF SANCTUARY so close to home. I'm thrilled with the work that is done there. So many volunteers whose heart and soul goes into the day-to-day care of each wolf. Volunteers shared a wealth of information with us and took our questions willingly. There is a VERY steep hill there for those with challenges walking... More

I went with my sister who is a wildlife rehabber. Even though it was cold it was a nice night to visit with all the wolves and a huge bonfire to warm yourself, actually incredibly hot and hard to roast marshmallows or hot dogs which you are allowed to bring. I recommend to get there early because the car line... More
