Philadelphia Premium Outlets is about an hour's drive from Philadelphia.
The complex is home to many discount shops, an area of cafes and restaurants and a large parking lot where you can park your car completely free of charge. Stores are mostly represented by brands and prices are not always really low. Collections also raise questions. In general we spent a lot of time, but the shopping was not particularly successful.

ADDRESS: Why an outlet like this does NOT provide their address is beyond me, and NO, I do not want to call Uber. Simon Properties wants you to hire Uber to shuttle you to their property, and STILL does not want to provide you with the address.
INTERNET: Internet is all but not existent in the area. In order to look up basic information about other stores, or their location within the complex, many opt to turn to internet service. Unfortunately, that's not possible.

It is an open air outlet mall located in Pennsylvania. The stores are stylish in a clean environment. Significant number of famous stores such as Tory Burch, Tumi, Movado, Coach, DKNY, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Calvin Klein and many more.

Nice place to walk around outside and to visit some shops. Not much else to do here and there are limited food options.

The outlets are a great place to shop. There are so many stores and a great food court. I really like walking around and shopping there on a nice sunny day. The stores are very accomodating when you have to make an exchange.

Website says We're open, I drive an hour to find out only two stores in the entire complex were open. Don't advertise that you are open with only two stores open.

One my favorite outlets with a lot of stores. I really enjoy the variety here. Not really close to Philadelphia.that might confuse people because of the name. And there is a really cool view of nuclear power plant. No sales tax on shoes and clothes too !!

It's a long way to move outside. We went by bus, which was manageable. The decor of mall is average. The shops are nearly the same as you find them downtown, with no real bargains. Summarized a bit disappointing

Almost every store here marks up prices. We were shopping at an "unnamed" toy store here and noticed that everything was marked up $2-$4 over the price at the toy store in KOP. Other stores have their sales based off full MSRP of products, so during sales you get it for about the same price as a normal store. The food court is awful, I ordered chocolate milk for my 4yo and it was expired by about 9 months. When I brought it up to the owner of the restaurant he replaced it but just put the expired one back in the fridge. I over heard him shushing an employee when she stated they were all expired. Ruby Tuesday's is good but inconsistent. Subway is the worst, it is cramped and always poor service. I think the people that work there hate their lives and pass it on.

Dear Brandon B,
Thank you very much for your review. We really appreciate you visiting, and taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm so sorry to hear about your bad experiences in the food court in particular. If you want to do some shopping and get a small dose of surface radiation from the looming Nuke plant, then this is your place. The shops have a good variety and there are some bargains to be found. As many people, know some upscale retail chains actually produce clothing for outlet sales. So be cautious if you are extremely fashion conscious. They stores do have an incredibly annoying commonality. It seems that someone in the retailing business has come up with this concept to see how fast he or she can annoy a browsing customer before the customer revolts. Within seconds of entering any of the outlet stores, you are bombarded by a greeting from a clerk, sometimes it is even shouted across the store from the back of the outlet. Is this a new marketing strategy or some ill-conceived plan to see how much saccharin faux attention any one customer can stomach before they are repelled. Most people like to browse (I do) and if they have a question, they may attract the attention of a sales clerk and then ask for assistance. You don’t need to attack customers on entry like some retail pit bull. (sorry if I offend any real pit bulls).

Thank your so much for your review! We really appreciate you visiting, and taking the time to leave your feedback. I apologize for your experience with store clerks - I know you left this review some time ago, but would be interested to see if this is something you still find when shopping here.
Thanks again for visiting - hope to see you again soon!

If I would only spend one day shopping and looking for medium price stuff, or brand with discount, is it a better choice to visit Premium Outlet or King of Prussia? Thank you.

Concernant le fait de faire des bonnes affaires niveau prix par rapport à la France.
Pensez vous qu'il vaut mieux un centre commercial comme le King ou plutôt cet outlet svp???

I intend to make a reservation with you and I would like to know if the hotel is authorized to receive packages on my behalf a week before my arrival. It would be important to know if I will need to pay for having them kept with you.
Respectfully,
