Our 4yr old loved that she was big enough to rides the rides. Met the princesses. I think it would have been better to have more princesses out at one time at different areas is the park so it would divide the crowd up. We were 4th in line to view the photos that the park staff took and it... More

It was a fun day at Idlewild, I did not go to the Soakzone because it was too crowded, but we went to tons of fun rides. I have been to Idlewild many times and its age is beginning to show. Some things are in need of a sprucing up, painting etc. Other than that it is a great family... More

I love Idlewid. I love the atmosphere, the rides, the food, the water park and children's rides, hoot n holler, story book forest and more! The park has added a lazy river which is very relaxing. A great way to cool off on a hot day. The park is very well kept up. The children's section is absolutely gorgeous. It's... More

We love story book forest, we love everything there is to love about Idlewild Park. I went as a child, and took my grandson in 2011 and we just returned last night from our most recent trip. Our grandson now 5 years old. Our grandson has fragile X, So standing in lines, waiting ones turn, and sensory issues at time.... More

I grew up going to Idlewild Park and have done a few 5k's there as well. We were recently there with my niece and nephew and was a little disappointed. My biggest disappointment is the fact they are getting rid of Mister Rogers Neighborhood and turning into Daniel's Neighborhood. I understand they want to make it more for the younger... More

This is a great park for little ones. Sure some things are a little older and a little worn out but what 3 or 5 year old cares about that? We brought food in but the food there smelled really good and had pretty decent prices. Our toddler had a blast at Soakzone. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful family vacation day at Idlewild! Planning a fun day with a 1 and 2 yr old can be difficult but we couldn't have had a better day. They loved Storybook Forest and meeting Daniel Tiger. We were all able to ride the train through the park and my 2 yr old was able to ride several... More
