I have stopped here several times and am always greeted with a friendly smile. They offer a couple of films about the Mennonites and Amish, they have a model of the Tabernacle and a great gift shop that supports missions.

This place was very good for adults and larger children, not toddlers or infants. The place was very neat and clean. We have passed this place many times but someone suggested and was well worth our time.

A really great history of Amish & Mennonite beliefs, traditions, day to day life tracing today's practices back to Christian Europe and Judaism to Israel. Not only religious but a thorough and thoughtful understanding of how the "Plain People" got to today.

Family and friends all enjoyed the experience at the Mennonite Historical Society. The movies were very informitive about the difference between the Amish and Mennonites and the guided tour of the Tebernacle disply was educational. Nice place to visit especially if interested in history.

Librarian helped with genealogy research. Librarian found reference materials and knew local family connections I never would have found on my own.

Admission at the time we went was $5. There is an extra fee to see the movie about the Amish. It was worth seeing, but we can't remember the cost.
