One of the highlights of our trip. The tour guide was the best, you could tell her heart and soul are passionate about Jesus and history of Amish & Mennonite cultures. The Hebrew Tabernacle was like nothing I've ever seen.

I truly enjoy the stop at the Mennonite Info Center. It is enlightening to see the tabernacle reproduction -- it allows the OT text to make more sense.

No, the Mennonite Information Center does not offer ancestry services. The building beside them houses the Lancaster Mennonite Historical Society, and they have resources for doing ancestry research.

The guide will advise you when you can take photos and when you can't. The Amish don't approve of photos of themselves, but if you are far enough away it might be all right.
