We were on a bus trip touring to the farm. I found the farm to be, interesting, and artful. The owners were friendly, and busy working and answering questions. A good place to visit for a birdhouse gourd, or tools and ideas to make your own. Very enjoyable.

I'm so glad we found Smucker's Gourd Farm. A lot of kind gourds and such a beautiful honor family. Absolutely we will visit there again.

We've been visiting the Lancaster area for several years now and visited the gourd farm for the first time yesterday and we were truly amazed. Such a large variety of gourds as well as other things. The family was extremely friendly, too. We purchased several things and have decided to go back before heading back home. A definite add to... More

We thoroughly enjoyed Smucker's Gourd Farm. They had a fantastic variety of gourds that were prepped for art and craft projects as well as finished gourds. I purchased a gourd that was cut out with a light placed inside- a very unique piece. I also purchased a few gifts- a birdhouse painted and carved from a gourd, an ornament with... More

I have vacationed Lancaster the past 7 years. I visited Smucker's gourd farm this past October for the first time. I had a blast.. I had no idea there were so many varieties of gourds. Friendly and helpful too. I could probably spend three hours (or more) here looking and buying gourds. Yep, going back in October!

This was our first visit at this farm and must say I did not know which gourd birdhouse I liked better...so settled on purchasing three of them. There is something for everyone here. It was a beautiful ride and the Amish man that owns the business was a very pleasant person...give it a try.

...this is the place to go. Tons of them, of all shapes and sizes. My wife picked up a nice ornament and a purse made out of a gourd, but with beautiful frogs etched on them. Friendly people and out of the way but a very nice drive.
