Delightfully tranquil spot and beautifully maintained. Plenty of car parking and very good facilities. A most interesting visit - very glad we took the trouble.

The Chinese Friendship Gardens are really beautiful and a must see if you go to Young. There are many sculptures, lakes and water birds. A great place for a walk, or to read a book. There are also facilities and electric bbqs for a picnic.

Quite surprised at the size of the gardens as they seemed small from the car park. Nice walk around area and lovely picnic area around lake. Not regularly tended it seems as some plants need attention and the water wheel and horse weren't working but...More

What a lovely hidden away gem - the gardens have a lovely layout and feel with plants in wonderful rock formations surrounded by a lake with lots of ducks and other water birds. Great place for picnics or just getting away from it all.

Good spot for picnics and fishing. Cute little gardens and doesn’t take long to walk around. Recommended for people who want to take kids to feed the ducks and have a picnic.

Had a picnic lunch overlooking the Chinaman Dam (not exactly PC guys!) after walking the small circuit around the garden. Lovely spot worth stopping. Lots of picnic tables.

An excellent tribute to the Chinese sister city and certainly worth a look and spending time there. BBQ available and plenty of room for the kids to run around.
