Detouring into Wingham should be a must for the weary traveler.

Very lovely place but I would not recommend it for large caravans as there is not much room. We ended up staying at the Wingham showground where it only cost $20 a night for a powered sight. Toilets & showers are free and very clean.
Stayed overnight, friendly locals, quiet, clean and tidy. Free overnight stay, with toilets and free bbq.
