Manicured grounds with attractive trees and shrubs together with pond and watercourse with reticulated water. Small bridge and rotunda compliment this and make easy viewing of the large coy fish swimming in the pond. Ideal for small children keeping them interested .

Very pretty and well laid out gardens. Lovely shady areas to sit on a hot day. Not a huge garden, but a lovely, quiet place to reflect.

I'd be disappointed if I'd made a special trip here as it's quite small. We're staying at the Caves complex next door so it was ok. Pretty garden and water features. Large fish but water was a bit murky.

Whilst we were visiting the Wellington Caves we decided to stop by the Japanese garden before heading home. These gardens are gorgeously planted and designed and perfectly maintained. On the outside, they look nothing special, but I was pleasantly surprised during our walk around the...More

Located adjacent to Wellington Caves, a Bottle House, Wood and Art shops. Entry to the garden is free. Being early spring the grounds were still very dry and only a few flowers in bloom. The look and layout is based on Japanese principles and culture...More

Nice place to visit and very well cared for. Unfortunately it was winter and there were not many plants in bloom but you could imaging how it would look in spring
