Was in the area for work and Karen (staff member on duty) was extremely helpful and had a lot of knowledge of the area. Nothing was too much trouble and she had a lovely personality. Lots of information was available.

One of the best I've been to. Full range of maps and brochures. And the actual dinosaur skeleton on display that was discovered locally.

Our family of 6 dropped into the Visitor Centre whilst passing through to Dubbo. The staff were fantastic and able to provide some helpful hints on things to do in the area. Our kids enjoyed the Dipotrodon exhibit too.

If you have never been to the Coonabarabran area before than head to the information centre for all the info on the must see attractions. They also have some great displays with plenty of information as well as some souvenirs if you are after any.

Went to see the giant wombat bones. Great display. Plenty of maps for the traveller and clean toilets to use. Usually souvenir shop paraphernalia to purchase.
