Wasnt a windy day and that was good as being up top of a hill we wanted to see the views and sit and watch the hang gliders and get some fresh clean air

We went to Byron Bay on a day trip. There is a great hippie town you drive through which I would recommend stopping through to grab a bit/drinks, shop or get a great view of the beach. Once we got to Byron Bay we had to wait a bit for a parking spot. Parking can be hard to come by... More

The area is well maintained and landscaped. The staff on the hill is friendly too. Don't be scared off by the paid parking at the top of the hill, its the same price as the lower parking lots. There are some nice walking trails and the views are amazing! Very happy that we were able to stop here.

Loving this place so much! Breezy air, nice weather, perfect view. The lighthouse is something you must go in Byron Bay. But take note the parking is only opened after 8am..

The Byron Conservation Area is a lovely area to walk through and explore. Not only the Ligthouse Trial but als the conservation area is lovely. Apart from the stunning flora I also encountered some fauna such as a koala, dolphins, seaturtles, a whale, loads of bird-species of which a few pelicans and loads of lizards. Definitely worth a walk!

Super awesome place very winded but provide for such a spectacular view from the light house and the trek down and back is something never to be missed. Witnesses the peace with the sunset, just keep an eye on the clock if you are driving there car park closes sharp at time ;)

The walk and surrounds were beautiful. Such an amazing part of the world. We went mid morning and saw a pod of dolphins which we followed around the headland. It was magic. It is the most Easterly point of the Australian main land and is well worth the visit. After our walk and exploring we had a coffee at the... More

This is a good place to spend a little time, walking the track, visiting the lighthouse and swimming or sitting on the beach. The circuit track from the base to the lighthouse is popular for exercise and has lots of places to stop and enjoy the view.

A visit to the lighthouse in Byron Bay is a must. The view is magnificent and the most easterly point of Australia. For a donation you can go on a tour of the lighthouse which is great!
