Booked in for a tour which I would not recommend. The distillers were too busy so the barman (who was very friendly) took me on tour. Unfortunately he was not able to answer a number of questions stating he was not the distiller or that was a question for the distiller. The tour was less than 10min and given that much was made of the process on their website I was a little disappointed.
I usually find these tours very interesting as you hear from the maker and their passion for their craft is part of the experience.
The product itself is very good. Just the tour experience a bit of a let down.

Fantastic afternoon learning to craft your own gin at the bespoke gin experience. We went with a group of friends and everyone loved it. Pick your botanicals, crush them then go on a tour of the rum distillery while everyone’s individual glass stills are set up. Come back, taste many spirits including their signature rum while you watch your gin distill. Drink more great cocktails and go home with your own individual gin. Amazingly great value with super friendly hosts. Really an education in distilling and a heap of fun. Allow 3 hours.

I used to just love gin, but now I can truly appreciate it. The gin-making class at the distillery is very interactive, and makes it a unique experience. Considering I was rewarded with my very own bottle of gin, made from my chosen herbs and botanicals, this is worth every cent. Comes highly recommended!

We grabbed a tasting paddle and got a tour of the distillery - a great little place to stop by, the owners are a wealth of knowledge and everything is sourced from local Byron. Located away from Byron township in the arts & Industrial estate, so easy free parking.

We had a flight of the spirits. Great tasting and the host was well versed in all the spirits. Will have to go back.
Great for rum, vodka and gin lovers.

A great place to sit and relax and have either a flight of rums or gins or cocktails. The guys behind the bar are very knowledgable about their products and have great cocktails that compliment their rums and gins. Not right in Byron but worth the visit. They do need more seating.

We spent a lovely Saturday afternoon drinking cocktails and making our own gin blended with hand picked botanicals.
The staff were lovely and had a wealth of knowledge to share. We also did a tour of the distillery while we waited for our own gin to distill and be bottled up for us.
They also make a great Vodka, Limoncello and Silver Rhum.
