A steep climb, but well worth the effort, the view is amazing you can see so far and feel like you are on top of the world - make sure you take water with you!

We arrived at 8:30 in the morning after days of heavy rain. The drive was not well sign posted and the parking unclear as we were the fist visitors of the day. Basically the entrance is a small path near a private driveway gate and you need to park in small alcoves on the side of the road a little further down the hill. The walk to the top was 30-40 min. It was not raining but the ground was very wet slippery mud and many paths were covered in deep puddles that were tricky to avoid. Leeches were prevalent we had 5 encounters but through some miracle managed to detach them from our shoe before they attached to us. The walk would have been much more pleasant and easier if the previous days had not been so wet. The views were breathtaking and worth the leech scares and puddles. We stayed at the top about 1 hour.

Sign says 3hr return trip but it takes way less than that. Can be quite steep in some sections and is slippery when it’s been raining. Great short walk. Would recommend doing

Highly recommend this bush walk. It is steep in sections but easy if you go slow. The view from the top is breathtaking even on an overcast grey day.

Took a little over an hour going up slowly with a 75 year old walker. Some scrambles/clambering required. Path not clearly marked, but we worked it out without a map.
