The ferry machines took my friends money, and didn’t give it back. I demand a free trip because she didn’t get crisps or a drink. It took £2 from her, on a Wednesday night at 03:47 on 12th April 2018. What an outrage!!!!!!!!

Now we used this service on a cold Saturday afternoon in March and had very little waiting time indeed. Looking at the lines of traffic, I can imagine that at other times it could get very busy. Listen to local radio to work out if...More

We used the ferry so much quick way to travel 5 mins rather than a 30 min car journey. Price from Cornwall to Plymouth £1.50 No charge from Plymouth to Cornwall.

My ferry trip was loooovely. They waited for me after I got out of my taxi and I appreciate it sooo much. Else I’d have been waiting for 30 mins. LEGENDS X X X X

Handy way to cross the River Tamar near Plymouth - but avoid rush hours! Summer traffic can really build up, leading to long waits. Keep an ear out for travel alerts!

The service is awful, the ferry’s never run to time and the concept of first in the ferry queue and last off the ferry is ridiculous.

The ferry takes around 15 minutes to cross from Torpoint to Plymouth, stay in the car or if weather is good go up top and get a great view of the Naval vessels in Devonport. There is no charge for foot passengers. For vehicles there...More

Regular car ferry from Plymouth to Torpoint. Made visiting HMS Raleigh simple, and all for a ridiculous low price of £1.50 return.

Going in that direction is free. You only pay going Torpoint to Plymouth 1.50 I think.
