Well worth a visit! Just be careful with little ones as there's quite a few potential drops! Kynance Cove had a good trail from the car park and it was a nice open space.

This has to be seen. We found this sort of by accident and have been back every time we've gone to Cornwall. The beach is stunning and if you go when the tide goes out you can wander around the cliffs and see more of...More

The Lizard is a "must do" if you're in the area. There's no need to drive right down; leave your car parked in the village and walk down to the cliffs; it's only 10-15 minutes and it saves adding to the congestion, plus there's a...More

Went to Lizard point the other and worth visiting, but it's friendly close neighbour is Kynance Cove, just right off the main road outside Lizard I think is the best for views. You can walk from Lizard Point or drive, but I think Kynance should...More

We visited both Kynance Cove and the Lizard today. It was a beautiful February day, and we sat on the beach at Kynance Cove eating our lunch in T-shirts! I would imagine this place looks lovely whatever the weather though.

We parked in the village and took the short walk down to Lizard point. A lovely walk down on a path separated from the road. ( The only downside being the amount of dog mess-yuk! Why do people think it's ok to leave it there?)...More

My partner and I walked the whole Lizard coastline stopping at Kynance Cove. Absolutely stunning! The walk was amazing! You need to witness the beauty for yourselves. You won't be disappointed! Love Cornwall.

Quite a walk from the car park but the views are well worth the walk, the sea is crystal clear , refreshments are available on site.

Yes, coastal paths are brilliant. You can get to the cage at Kynace Cove just not onto the beach

I would say not wheelchairs but if you can manage a little bit of walking you might be ok as it's not far from car park to cafe to see the views.

I think you may be safer around the 11-12 mark if high tide is at 8am as it's not a very wide beach. You could always sit at the cafe and have a drink if it's still in when you get there.
