Nice small, narrow beach served by one shop/cafe and a small car park. Unfortunately we took direction from our rented cottage (with a pram) and ended up arriving 60 minutes later with no top on, 1/2 stone lighter, shaking like an MFI wardrobe and hollow,...More

Being the main beach we've found in St Austell, it does get very busy on here, so be prepared to be sitting close to everyone else!

A bit off the beaten track, with large car park. Facilities include a shop and toilets (not open until Easter). Peaceful and quiet on a Monday morning in May.

Great beach once the tide is out for rock pooling and catching crabs. You can walk along the cliff top to Charlestown as well. The cafe sells very tasty ice creams and there are toilets blocks.
