The World Rugby Museum tells the true story of rugby from around the world, following the game’s history from its origins to the present day. The new museum(Feb 2018) includes the RFU and Harry Langton rugby collections covering iconic teams, such as the 1924 New Zealand side, the 1900s Wales teams, the 1971 and 1974 British & Irish Lions sides, as well as the 2003 England team. Highlights of the museum include: Explore a glittering array of trophies; take up the challenge of discovering “What Kind of Rugby Player Are You?” in the Play Rugby Zone; re-live some of rugby’s most memorable moments with film and video footage; see the oldest international rugby jersey and “Choose your own World XV” interactive The museum displays memorabilia from around the world and from all eras, making it a must visit for all rugby fans. See the What’s On section of the website to see the latest exhibition. Visitors can also combine the museum with a Twickenham Stadium Tour.

We did a Twickenham tour at the Stadium with a wonderful tour guide. We really enjoyed it and loved the museum as well. We took the Train and bus to get there and so worth it if you love rugby

Visited as part of a Christmas Present and we were not disappointed! As Rugby Fans, it was a pleasure to walk through the Players tunnel and sit on Owen Farrels changing square was an honour. We had a Great Guide and the Museum is Brilliant!...More

Fabulous! A great Day. The best thing were the stations, where you could test your rugby skills. "The whole point of rugby is that it is, first and foremost a state of mind, a spirit."

If you’re a rugby fan a twickenham stadium tour and visit to the museum are a definite must. The tour was interesting and informative, and there was lots to see in the newly reopened museum. Great value for money and a lovely morning/afternoon out.

The best way is to take the Victoria line to Vauxhall, then South West Trains to Twickenham. It is then a 15 minute walk to Twickenham Stadium, or you can get the 281 bus. - World Rugby Museum
