Obviously closed but wish we could go inside. It looks very interesting from the outside. A waste of a potential good visitor attraction.

Not sure how people have written about this place unless they are meaning just the exterior. It is CLOSED and has been for a long time - unless it opens the odd day which I doubt. Visit the exterior and enjoy its imposing

Great tourist attraction with something for all ages. Great world war memorabilia and lots of nooks and crannies filled with historical artefacts and items of interest. Also hires out for parties. A great place in a great location.

Could be amazing again, A great piece of local history but need a great deal of money spent on it. I realize it is under a private lease from the council but the council need to help protect this iconic landmark

Fort perch was a must when visiting New Brighton. Now it is open only for groups. Good to walk around and take it in again.

The fort looked imposing in the autumn sunshine, we had not been for years so it was nice to visit on such a nice day. Well worth a visit , it evoked many childhood memories. Fab.

Drove to New Brighton today with visiting fort perch rock in mind. Attraction was closed despite website indicating it should be open today. Word CLOSED written in yellow paint across the notice boards indictates this may be a permanent status.
