Hershey starts here! How did Milton Hershey go from bankruptcy to brilliance, transforming chocolate from a luxury to an everyday treat? How did he invent a community? Why did he give away his fortune? That's the Hershey story. Enjoy a 45-minute, hands on class in the Chocolate Lab and sample warm drinking chocolate from around the world at Tastings. Grab a delicious treat from the Pantry Café and find a unique assortment of keepsakes and chocolate at Museum Shop.

If you like history or are just interested in the business of chocolate this may be a wonderful experience for you. Plenty of artifacts, recreations, narration, and pictures. There is a comparative timeline and a short movie. I would recommend a visit.

Fascinating history of the business, town and the man; all in one spot. Meals at the cafe were great too.

The museum is glossy, but not much substance. Mostly a promotional piece for Mr. Hershey and his company.

What a terrific museum. When finished, you will know Hershey's life story: struggles, successes, failures and heart break.
