There is plenty to do at the Green Lane Park. Walk on the Perkiomen Trail, Bike trails, horseback riding, kayaking, fishing, nice playgrounds. We are there at least 4 times a week doing something. Love the walk trails! They had a make your own wreath class in the cabin during the Christmas season. Great atmosphere with the fireplace going.

As a side story (and somewhat jokingly) my son and his family gave me a nice insulating cooler for my birthday so the idea was 'to christen it'. Yesterday my wife and I decided to take a drive to... Trails that are horse, dog and bike friendly. Also easy walking for younger children. Playgrounds, picnic areas. Hire a boat on the reservoir. Really lovely.

We live just around the corner from the most amazing scenic park that has lots of things for all ages to enjoy. There is a picnic area with bbq grills, just bring your own charcoal, and food! There is a very nice play area for children with play yard equipment that is top notch, just ask my gran-nieces and nephews!... More

Its a nice park... The water body is very scenic... We dint plan a pot luck or lunch but we saw that it's a great place for a picnic.. Though I would like to add that the park can be maintained even better but its a good place nonetheless.... Many people were fishing there so I'm assuming its famous for... More

Due to the loss of state funding for many park services the Green Lane Nature Center has closed. However, there are great walking and hiking trails for two legged and four legged hikers. In season, you can rent boats. Anytime, bring your own small boats with small electric motors or PYO. You can fish year round. Scenery is beautiful especially... More

You have the ability to get closer to nature that surrounds us in Montgomery County. Staff can guide you through the displays or you can take a walk outdoors by yourself.

In March, we took our dog LuLu for a walk around in Green Lane Park. It is a great park and there are quite a number of things to do there in the warmer season - not so much in March.
