Visited to tour. My daughter's second visit after she was accepted. This campus is just beautiful. We love al open areas, the buildings, the dorm rooms sizes are comfortably roomy, the red adirondack chair all around the grounds adds to the beautiful sight.

Every nostalgic archetype of the perfect college campus is manifest in this delicious spot! Eager, fresh faced scholars chatter while lofty minded professors amble about this idyllic campus. At any moment, in elbow-patched herringbone jacket, Jimmy Stewart is certain to step out of the shadows. (TripAdvisor asks regarding Dickinson College.. "recommended length of visit" but does not offer a "three... More

Travel with my daughter for a campus tour and we love everything about Dickinson College. Campus is beautiful and historic. The personal treatment we reveived in admissions was excellent. We also enjoyed walking and eating at Carlisle. What a great College to attend.

Dickinson College is a great, private, liberal arts college with a student body across a multiple lines of diversity. Faculty, administrative and support staff truly care for the students. Located in beautiful, historic Carlisle, PA.

The first thing you'll notice is the manicured campus. Located on High Street downtown Carlisle the college has a rich history. I never attended but I have spoken to three graduates and they had nothing but good things to say about the college and town.

This is a great stop on the self-guided historic walking tour of Carlisle. The three original buildings on the east end of campus are the historic centerpiece of the college, with the Old West building, designed by Benjamin Latrobe, completed in 1822.

Great campus where most buildings are limestone. Wonderful activities and academic education. Many chances for non students to participate.

I can't address whether this is a nice college for education, but the campus is a very nice place to walk around. The red chairs are an interesting note, and the trees lovely, especially in fall. However, walking around isn't more than 15 minutes unless you are attending a college sports event. Going to a sports meet is a great... More
