You can never tire of the rocky views But there is also sandy beach which is fun to walk. Yachats is one of the most beautiful areas on the coast in my m8nd.

One of the popular travel guides lists this area as a favorite of theirs along the Oregon Coast. No argument that it's a very pretty area with a lovely coastline, quaint seaside cottages, and shops. Apparently the correct pronunciation is yah hots. Nice place to...More

This is our favorite place to come in the winter. The waves crash and the views are great. Beaches to walk are nearby. Caution is required if you decide to venture out on the rocks or the few sandy spots.

A great time to visit the Yachats coast. Perfect weather and the scenery along the coast was breathtaking. We visited Heceta Lighthouse and Cape Perpetua.

Roaring surf and diving seabirds. We stopped on a particularly blustery day but loved this very inspiring and romantic overlook.

The area around Yachats is beautiful, but has some sharp, rocky coastline areas. If you want to walk out to see Thor's Well or the Devil's Churn you need shoes or boots with a sturdy sole or your feet will regret it. There's some lovely...More

We drove the coastline of Oregon in October. It was an amazing trip. The fog rolled in and out as we enjoyed our drive. Every turn of the road showed another lovely vista.

The Oregon coast line is tremendously sublime... Beautiful anytime of year. Whether high tide or low the views are second to none.

The Yachats Coastline is one of the top wonders of the West Coast. This awe-inspiring landscape is humbling. Best to view and enjoy the view travelling south as pull-outs are more easily accessible.

We stayed at the Ziggurat that was beautiful and right on the water about 5 miles from town. You can go to AirBNB and search for "Yachats Ziggurat" to check on availability.
